Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy and Terms of Service: Refunds are only issued if I am unable to complete the agreed-upon coaching services. For fully paid coaching packages: 1. Partial refunds will be provided for unused sessions if requested within 48 hours of your second session. 2. Payments will be processed within 7 - 10 business days. 3. Payment plan clients won’t get a refund. Further payments will be stopped instead. All Sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase Clients can reschedule appointments up to 48 hours in advance, maintaining the original 90-day window No refunds will be granted for: 1. No-show appointments 2. Client's lack of engagement or effort 3. Personal scheduling conflicts Payment Details: Select packages offer payment plans on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule Full payment is required within 45 days of purchase Add-ons are purchased separately at variable pricing After purchase, clients will receive a booking link to schedule sessions through my calendar.
